Working Foreman -Skipton

We are currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Working Foreman for a project in Skipton.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead on-site teams to ensure works are delivered efficiently and safely
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Monitor progress and ensure timelines and deadlines are met
• Carry out hands-on work where necessary (e.g., carpentry, minor finishing)
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
• Maintain site documentation and daily reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in office or commercial refurbishments
• Strong background in trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, general building)
• Ability to lead a small team and take a proactive role on-site
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
