Information on the role

• Willing to travel anywhere in the UK for project assignments.
• Co-ordinate on-site construction activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Manage work schedules and allocate tasks to labourers.
• Provide leadership and supervision to construction teams.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve and on-site issues or challenges.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Keep accurate materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Ensure efficient use resources to meet project deadlines.

What we'd like from you

• Proven Working Foreman/Multi Skilled Groundworker Experience in Construction
• Groundworks/Civils/Utilities experience
• Electrical Experience Desirable
• Renewable Energy Knowledge/Experience Desirable
• Willingness to travel to Sites
• CSCS
• SSSTS
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
• Organisation and time management skills
