Role Overview
Our Workplace Solutions (WPS) team is looking for a creative and adaptable Workplace Design & Projects Lead to join us.
This role will be part of our global Supplier & Operations Management within Workplace Solutions and will have a key role in supporting projects across the globe to implement global Haleon design guidelines and standards to our facilities. Haleon is a company that cares about improving everyday health with humanity and the physical spaces our employees work in can contribute to that.
Besides supporting the operational elements to design standards roll out, this role will act as a change management SME for the department by providing best practice tools & techniques to support any facilities management changes in collaboration with our Cross BU (Business Unit) WPS Leads.
Key Responsibilities
Understand Workplace Solutions' design standards and support the implementation of them in projects across the global.
Management of Workplace Solutions' Captial Projects Global Programme Management Office
Collaborate with internal Workplace Solutions' stakeholders to understand localised space requirements for projects and support with implementation in accordance with design standards.
Support with space assessments, analyzing of utilization data, and gathering of user feedback to help inform future iterations to design standards
Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the needs of employees and stakeholders throughout the implementation process
Provide insight on best practices for open office areas, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and common areas and support with change management activities to aid the adoption locally.
Champion the principles of ergonomics, sustainability, and wellness into local design discussions to enhance employee comfort, health, and experience in alignemnt with design standards
Support pre & post occupancy surveys to evaluate feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of space design solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support change management efforts to promote adoption of new workplace solutions, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workplace solutions and change management efforts, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Stay current with local industry trends and best practices in workplace design, change management, and employee engagement, and apply learnings into the implementation process.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Level of Education: Master's Degree
Area of Specialisation: Procurement, Business, Engineering, Architecture/ID, Supply Chain, Real Estate
Excellent knowledge of the workplace design best practice and the ability for workplaces to enhance wellness and staff productivity.
Proven project management skills do manage the deployment of programs and drive change.
Excellent knowledge of the data and technology and their usage to inform decision making and improve our physical workspaces.
Outstanding managerial skills and leadership abilities to motivate and influence senior Consumer Healthcare executives and managers in a demanding and rapidly evolving environment.
Ability to think and act strategically and initiate and engage in long term planning.
Excellent interpersonal, presentational, and persuasive skills to successfully interact with senior stakeholders internal and external to Consumer Healthcare
Strong ability to act as a motivator of change and influence without authority.
Ability to work cross functionally including Across Workplace Solutions, Tech, HR, etc.
