We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager to join Structures Division of a Central London based High End Residential contractor.

This family run business has been trading for over 25 years, holds one of the best reputations in the sector and turned over circa 100m last year!

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in basements, groundworks, cut and carve, temporary works, and RC frames within the residential sector.

Additionally, experience with pre-construction planning , client facing would be highly beneficial for this role.
