Join our team to gain practical experience in plumbing maintenance, and we'll cover the costs for your Plumbing Modern Apprenticeship at Edinburgh College.
What You'll Be Doing:
Attending Edinburgh College two days a week for your Plumbing Apprenticeship.
Assisting experienced Plumbers in resolving issues and doing routine inspections.
Work with our Helpdesk to understand jobs and update info in our system.
Helping to identify and fix plumbing problems as they arise.
Keeping track of supplies and ordering necessary materials for jobs.
Coordinating with venue managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
This apprenticeship involves a mix of attending college and engaging in practical on-the-job training. While prior work experience is beneficial, what's crucial is your eagerness to learn and your drive to succeed.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Nat 5 English, Maths & Science
Interest in engineering, particularly Plumbing, and mechanical systems
Driving Licence (essential by the end of the apprenticeship)
Previous work experience in trades/facilities management
