A rapidly growing company is looking for a Lighting Sales Manager to lead nationwide sales efforts, build key partnerships, and drive business growth in this dynamic sector.

The Lighting Controls Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities within the lighting controls sector while managing and expanding existing customer relationships.

Provide accurate project quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with client needs. Engage in marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system. Utilise MS tools for reporting and presentations, ensuring a professional and well-structured approach in all stakeholder interactions. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution and deliver ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.

Lighting Controls Sales Manager Remuneration

  • 50,000 - 60,000 DOE
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 4% pension contriubtion
  • Commission based on targets
  • Profit related bonus

Lighting Controls Sales Manager Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with different lighting control technologies is a must.
  • Familiarity with DALI/DALI-2 systems is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage client relationships within the lighting sector.
  • Technical expertise or an engineering background in lighting solutions is a plus.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and eager to exceed targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across the country, including occasional overnight stays.
