Job Opportunity: Temporary Works Coordinator for Leading Main Contractor

Are you a skilled professional with experience in temporary works coordination? We are currently seeking a Temporary Works Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing team within a renowned Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all temporary works requirements for construction projects.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of temporary works designs and ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of temporary works to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to site teams on temporary works installation, maintenance, and dismantling.
• Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensure all temporary works documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for audits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in temporary works coordination within the construction industry, ideally with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of temporary works design, safety protocols, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Temporary Works Coordinator Certification, degree in Civil Engineering or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
